This is a book where I got lost inside the story within the book. The narrative is written in such a way that it is easy to imagine living the online life of the main character, almost as if the reader has selected an avatar for herself and joined the online world.
Although my two nephews, both in their 20s, loved this book, I hated it and could not finish reading it. I read 100 pages, and it was slow going.
This is about living in a world that is almost all online. So I think the problem is a generational one.
I loved the beginning and middle portion of the book. Unfortunately, the ending seemed pretty rushed for my satisfaction as if the author no longer to continue writing. Would’ve received more stars if the ending didn’t leave such a sour taste in my mouth.
