This is an incredible window into the deceptiveness of eating disorders and control. Her account is painfully honest and gut wrenching while providing hope for recovery.

I'd say the most amazing thing about the book is that even though Portia basically starves herself, her plan is based on something reasonable she just takes it too far. It's an interesting look at eating disorders and personal image.
