I loved the way this book went from present to past to tell a story. It really strengthened the mystery of the book and kept you guessing about what actually happened. I've never read Karen White before but I'm going to look up her books and read them now!

I love all Karen White stories. This story was excellent and, as always, blends both past and future, secrets that need to be told and secrets better kept silent. The book kept me coming back at every spare moment to savor another chapter. A great read.
