Quick read. This is a ghost story that sucks you in so that you don't know where reality ends and the story begins. This book left me with a lot of questions to ponder, I enjoyed it.

I loved this book and couldn't put it down. I am still thinking about it. The relationship of the house to the characters is fascinating and can cause your brain to spin. At the end you don't really know exactly what happened but that is part of the fun. Stephen King called this the greatest ghost story of the 20th century and you can see its influence on The Shining.

I felt it left too many thing unfinished, but it was a good and easy read.
