Fantastic life of Huguette Clark told by the author of Mrs. Astor. I would recommend for the unusual story of the lady with 3 Billion.
In many ways this is a sad read. It's unfathomable to see what money does and doesn't mean to various characters. A very insightful book that may have you second guessing your "If only I had...." dreams.
Interesting to see how enormous wealth does not bring happiness. Insights into associates who want to manipulate and get greedy and what happens to them.
Fun to live vicaiously while someone spends gazillions and you can never conceive of such wealth.
