Interesting book and informative for people 40-67 years old. Could have been condensed into an article rather than a full-length book. It was heartening to read that our brains do get better with age and that we all forget the "small stuff" so we shouldn't fret about it.

Very informative but I recommend skimming rather than reading page after page.
