It probably had more to do with the other book I was reading at the time (The Indifferent Stars about the Donners trek to California), but I could just not get into The Blue Bottle Club.
This was a very good read. It kept my interest and I was almost sad when it ended. It was very inspiring and makes you look at your own life and blessings (even if you didn't think they were blessings when you first picked up the book.
A real eye opener as to how one event can change our life path without warning. A book of hope that regardless of the situation, life can work out for the best - just not exactly the way you had planned.
