Just when you think she can't get any funnier, she does. I enjoyed this book so much, I was actually taking my time to try and make it last. You will not be disappointed!
Funny!!!! Janet gets better every time and no matter how hard you want her to finally choose the man for Stephanie you ache for the competition between the two men who love the inept bounty hunter who somehow always gets her man.
I would recommend this book to anybody who wants a laugh and to escape from reality even if it's just for a little bit.
Stephanie plum continues to envoke fits of laughter at the most inopportune time! Im on the train and all of a sudden I break thru the silence with a fit of laughter. She is funny! I find myself almost picturing a Sandra Bullock movie. I cannot wait for the day that they actually do come out with a movie! I love these books because I could relate to the charachters on some level with each of them. The charachters come across as loveable and funy and just basically your next door neighbors.
We should all be like Stephanie's grandmother! Carefree and doesnt care what people think about her. Im in love with Joe Morelli too and Bob the dog! And I thought about getting a hamster like Rex. And let's not talk about Ranger. He invokes fantasies in me....
Ok this is all for now. However before I go please do yourself a favor and either buy the book or RUN to your nearest library and read all the Stephanie Plum books. Then after reading them go buy them. You'll definitely want them for your collection. I know that I do. I have all the Plum books! Yay me! :)
I LOVE Janet Evanovich's books--I am always the first to buy a new book in the series of Stephanie Plum. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants (or needs) a good laugh!! This book is beautifully written as always and I'm on my 2nd time through the book.
This reads like a b-rated movie. Characters not compelling, story-line predictable. Not a book that brings any new ideas to the table to discuss at a book club
Not the kind of book I would recomend for a book club. Nothing to talk about except maybe the characters' poor choices
