I really thought that I would hate this when our Book Club decided on it. I thought it would be pretty light weight as a read. Though it has light hearted moments, the women of this book club (where the title comes from), see each other through lives ups and downs. They live for their book club meetings, but support each other as well.

Any woman, at any point in her adult life, can relate to the women in these stories. I've suggested it to friends, coworkers, and my mother!

but some good moments. One character with a stupid nickname and three of the kids had ridiculous names. Trite.

This was the first book our book club chose to read. Considering we all have different backgrounds in what we like to read, we were surprised to find that we ALL enjoyed this book! We highly recommend it as a book club selection.

We enjoyed this fun easy read.
