A good mystery but the subject matter was hard to read for me. Some holes in the story but kept me turning pages to find out who the murderer was. Under ground scenes were hard to follow but the main idea of mud, slime and dark was brought across.

It was a page turner. But, upon reflection there were parts of the plot and the characters that seemed slightly improbable
