I was intrigued by the premise of this book, even though it was written for 5 th grade and up.
The themes are so universal, both heartbreaking and uplifting at the same time. Also very true to life, no sugar coating for kids here. Should be mandatory reading to help kids understand how to deal with differences in their classmates, and how as adults we can help them understand.

This should be a required reading for middle school students. Great book. The author did a wonderful job of describing the frustrations and thoughts of a girl with cerebral palsy.
