Not one of my favorite books. Was a quick read, with a lot of adventure and thrills, but entirely unrealistic. Would make a great movie, but I feel the author tried to include too much in the book, and the action was very unrealistic. Didn't really connect with any of the characters, and the twist with the "spy" was obvious. While the premise of the book is an interesting one, I didn't particularly find it controversial enough to question my own personal beliefs; however, at least one book club member said that she had some difficulty reading the novel since it flew in the face of all that she believes.

I would not recommend this to other book clubs as a selection.
