A fantastically addictive series of books. Some characters you love and some characters you love to hate! There's lots of action and few slow parts, but these are long books (each one seems to get longer) and require a big commitment of time. Not suitable for book clubs for this reason alone. I have finished book 5 and am eagerly awaiting the next installment which has no release date set yet. The slow pace of this author's writing is a common frustration with fans of this series.
