There may have been some parts that members of Book Club described as "TMI" and "raunchy, but overall, it was a good read and had some very humorous moments.

It was a struggle to read through to the end of the boo because after a while i just didn't care about the characters. What a pathetic family this was! After a short bit the graphic details of the sex became boring - one could tell the author was a man.
