Although written several decades ago, Carol Gilligan had the courage and researched clarity to challenge more than a century of thinking by "the experts" on human development -- that had been based solely on a male model. Important for anyone who wants to understand that there can be a viewpoint based on "context" and personal human connections rather than cold, abstract notions of rules and justice.
