I remember I had to read this book in high school and I liked it then. This time it was much more difficult to read. I am not alone in this...most of my book club members also had difficulty with the language and remembering who was who since it did have a lot of characters. We did end up having a great discussion so it was worth the struggle to finish the book on time!
